Some Hints for a Better Disease Free Lawn- 1. Water early in the day - always before noon if at all possible
- 2. Mow such that you leave at least 4" of standing turf
- 3. Keep your mower blades sharp
- 4. Catch diseases early - take action quickly
REMEMBER: as the total of humidity and temperature approach 150 your lawn is more suspectible to diseases such as Brown Patch and Dollar Spot. Be preventative and apply fungicide.
